HM Young Offenders Institute, Polmont – Value: 42m (Client: Scottish Prison Service/Architect: TPS)

A phased re-development of an existing prison to provide a houseblock to accommodate 90 prisoners. The works included new gates building, games hall, reception, kitchen and energy centre. All buildings are linked together with a single storey steel frame link corridor. The external prisoner facilities include an all weather sports pitch and exercise yard.
