Industrial Units, Whiteinch – Value: £1.8m (Client: AMK Self Drive & Young & Cunningham/Architect: Young & Gault)

A 2 phased development of 35,000 sq ft with one unit for Young & Cunningham (manufacturer of valves and fluid control systems) and the remainder built for AMK Self Drive (van and car hire specialists).  Steel portal frame construction was used for both units for this Design and Build Contract.
