Organon Laboratories, Newhouse – Value: £1.3m (Client: Organon Industries Ltd/Architect: Young & Gault)

A new building of 12,000 sq ft to house an automated, high precision compound store located on a precisely levelled concrete ground bearing slab.  The main structure was a steel frame with a link corridor connection to the existing building.
