Conversion of existing malting and brewery building into residential with commercial outlets. The works included a five storey timber frame extension to the existing brewery building. The listed building was built in stages during the period 1871 through to 1890 with a construction of solid brick walls with jack arch floors at ground level and suspended timber floors on the upper levels and ornate, site cut timber roof trusses.
