Re-development of a steeply sloping site.  The site was formerly occupied by 44 blocks of two storey flats which were demolished as part of an advanced works package.  The development of timber frame construction consists of 34 two storey units of modern construction positioned on the site to provide ample open space and panoramic views over Rothesay Bay.
