Isle of Gigha – Value: £2.3m (Client: Fyne Homes / Architect: CP Architects)

New build development over 2 sites consisting of 18 homes; the first new social housing for 50 years on the Isle of Gigha.  Formally opened by Princess Anne this development was procured using a partnering arrangement of local contractors and was commended in the Affordable Housing category at the Scottish Design Awards.
