Student Residences, Jamaica Street, Glasgow – (Value: £2.1m / Client: Fortis Developments Ltd)

This project encompassed the partial demolition and reconstruction of a former commercial building in Glasgow City Centre.   The building was transformed, from a partially derelict building unoccupied for over five years, into 66 modern student residencies or single person living accommodation with associated recreational and communal space. 

The project is a fantastic example of bringing a partially derelict and redundant building back into meaningful use.
