Mixed retail and residential development built on a brownfield site adjacent to a railway line and busy main road. Retail units are located on the ground floor with flats above. A steel frame was adopted for the first floor supporting load bearing masonry and precast concrete floors for the upper storeys. The development incorporated, within the rear courtyard, a covered car park with the upper deck utilised as garden space.
