Tigh-Na-Cladach, Dunoon – Value: £2.2m (Client: Fyne Homes / Architect: Gokay Devici)

New build development of 14 timber frame homes on the banks of the River Clyde.  Known as Tigh-Na-Cladach (Houses by the Shore) they benefit from Passivhaus technology with one of the houses designed and built to achieve full Passivhaus accreditation.  The project achieved recognition at the Scottish Design Awards 2011 winning the Architecture Grand Prix and categories for Affordable Housing and Sustainable Design.
